  Heather was great, I had a problem with my reservation at another location and came to this location as a backup. Heather was very helpful and provided excellent customer service. She turned what could have been a nightmare into a very pleasant & productive experience. Kudos Hearher

  Chose this location because of 2 levels of security- outside fencing w/gate requires code plus the elevator required the code to go to the second floor. Heather went the extra mile when I signed up; she showed me 4 different units before I decided on the one that was the best size for me. Sign-up and check-out processes went very smoothly. Glad that new dollies were made available during the time that I was renting.
