  I recently stopped by Public Storage at 19th Avenue and Union Hills Phoenix Arizona and was helped by Michael. He was extremely helpful and very knowledgeable.   Seham helped me pick out my unit and I could not be happier with the size she suggested for me. Made the process so easy, was friendly, and professional. I’ll definitely be recommending this location to anyone who needs storage.

  Luke helped me get set up in my 10 by 10 unit. Very high ceilings and I got a locker near the front. The unit was dusty; it probably needed to be pressure washed before I moved in. Otherwise, the move in and purchase process was smooth. Luke did a good job. Time will tell whether or not I will keep my storage unit with Public Storage. I am worried about price increases every six months. And I am uncertain of the temperature inside of the unconditioned units during the summer months.

  I was helped by Feather Rae, who made my storage experience with her facility very easy and understandable. I was happy with the space rented to me, it was clean, close to the entry door, cool as advertised, and the gate and door codes all worked properly. Feather Rae was very accommodating and professional throughout, and I left very satisfied with my rental. However, a problem later developed when she applied rental insurance to my space after assuring me that the premium would be refunded to me if I had home insurance that covered rental spaces I rented. I returned an hour later to inform her that I did have insurance coverage and wanted the premium refunded. Only a portion was refunded to me and she then referred me to call her supervisor to discuss with him. He never returned my calls. I finally met him in the facility during a visit 2 weeks later. He was obnoxious, didn't apologize and essentialy blew my complaint off and told me to call the company who they used for insurance to renters. After much discussion, he then told me that he would return the balance of my premium if I gave a favorable review on his facility. Long story short, I never got all my money back. Never again will I do business with this company.
