  Sylvia was extremely helpful, kind, and a wonderful help! She answered all my questions and helped complete the original registration process as quickly as possible. She was a great resource when I wanted to change my unit to a larger size.

  My husband and I had a unit in this facility for years. It was very well maintained and our things were safe and dry when stored there. We recently needed old receipts from our time there, and Von, one of the managers, really went out of her way to help us, finding, and then printing out voluminous history for our records (which the credit card company had wiped out). She was courteous, eager to help us and really knew the system! Thank you, Von!!!

  Sylvia is amazing! We have been customers several times while renovating houses. She is always helpful and so knowledgeable. The location is very clean and well managed.
