::This place! What a wonderful experience. Four locks replaced, hardware, keyed alike etc. The technician was prompt, courteous and went the extra mile to look at another lock that needed to be re-keyed, not a part of the original request. Highly recommend. Wish I could give 10 stars!

::Great work. Larry came out after hours and changed the locks after the keys were misplaced. Professional and reliable service.

::I’m looking over reviews and unfortunately I had a very different experience with this company. I 100% would not recommend them to anybody. When I called the guy from the office told me 15$ service call fee. 35$ STARTING labor. He said minimum starting would be 50$ and said the “boss” would be on his way and call me. When the guy arrived I had my father go take care of it because I had a baby inside and watched from the window. The man had him signing paperwork from the second he got out of the car. So essentially my dad agreed to the terms and pricing BEFORE the service. from the time the man started opening my car door it took him only 5 minutes. My dad brought me the paperwork and he had charged him 150$. So unless you think 23$ a minute to open a car is worth it, this was an absolute rip off. I called back the company and the guy confirmed that, yes it would be 50$ and I explained what happened. He said sorry you have to deal with the tech guy who had already left. I called the guy who opened my car and he spoke so fast and had a harsh accent and then hung up on me. I called him back and still couldn’t make out what he said besides you need to deal with the office. I called the office several times and left a message and nobody will return my call. So I understand I had a different experience. But my experience was unprofessional, rude, poorly communicated. I’m discussed at these people. And I will never allow someone I know to call them. Please don’t waste your time. I understand I am only 1 person with a bad review but the whole experience was awful. You should never trust a company who charges you BEFORE a job based on “labor”.
