  Great experience for smaller kiddos. Only issue, there are stairs to enter the park. May not be suitable for those alone with strollers or in wheelchairs, unless there is another accessible entrance. Fun watching the peacocks walk freely around the park.

  Small zoo. Not crowded. Love that there is a small indoor area of tables and chairs to eat next to cafe and store.

  Good small zoo for a family with kids. Unlike other larger zoos there are no long walks her, so the children stay captivated throughout the visit and there is a good seating area that is pretty close to everything so the whole family could quickly hop over for a snack before continuing the walk. There are many interesting exhibits but the highlights for us was the nice seal show that everyone could enjoy and the theater-like area where you can sit down watch baboons through a large wall-to-wall-ceiling-to-floor window. My kids also loved the beautiful peacock that are roaming around freely between the visitors and the small bridge over a ponds where they could stay and watch the swans and discover turtles and other hidden creatures. Street parking was a challenge and you might want to consider using public transit to get here.

  Yay! Love the petting zoo. Also, close to the carousel, so makes a great day out with a little one. I wish there were better options for food so we can comfortably spend the day there without having to lug our own food. But overall, love our local zoo!

  Beatyfull
