  Andrew , Matt and staff were most helpful in working with my wife on choosing the new floor for our kitchen and bathroom, We had an issue with flooring color and the Pro Source team was right on top of taking care of it, Pro source also had the largest selection of flooring in my area with a knowledgeable staff to help us make our decision, I would highly recommend checking them out for all your flooring needs.

  I worked with Cassandra and Jennifer on my kitchen. They were wonderful and worked within my budget and still was able to get what I wanted. They were patient. I have purchased other things from prosource and have never been disappointed. Would highly recommend them to anyone creating a new house or upgrading their home.

  I had a very tight budget for my kitchen renovation so price was most important. Prosource offered the best price within my budget without sacrificing my plans for a dream kitchen. The entire team was easy to work with, but Jennifer was the best ! Her design was right on target. My kitchen is now a daily joy in looks and function.

  Went to pro source to try to match a sample that I was given by a very expensive place in New York City. They not only knew exactly what it was right away but gave me a large floor sample to take home so I can get the wife's approval. Haha. Bill and Beth were very helpful, and I'm looking forward to ordering my new flooring! For much less than I was expecting.

  Their service was so bad that I had to cancel our order. I am still waiting for the refund to be seen on my credit card so that we can go to another store to start the process over again. We had to call them more than once to place the order and then had to contact them again when they missed their promised dates. When making contact with them I was informed that the sales person had so many emails to tend to that mine must have been in the heap. I also made phone calls to the sales person that was never answered until I placed a text to his phone. Even then the answers came slowly. At that point I realized that my $4000 order was not as important as the $10,000 orders they receive. It's a shame because we liked their products but their service is not worth investing in. Would not give them more than the one star if not for the quality of rugs I handled. Too bad I did not get a chance to get what we ordered in the fashion promised by them. In MY opinion.......NOT a reputable firm
