  I live in Brighton CO at the Bridge Square Apartments. On 11/02/2017 an employee was here cussing and spitting on the property. We have never had problems with them before, but I was really put off by his attitude. If it was up to me I wouldn't hire them back.

  Property Doctors did an amazing job on our home! We had a few very dark areas that made our carpets look awful and they came right out with their special steam treatment. They were very patient, transparent with costs and flexible with their time. Overall, a fantastic and simple process.

  The staff at Property Doctors are extremely professional, and came in before hand to assess the area, figure out a time frame and did the work. They got the carpet cleaned in a timely manner with no mess. My colleagues have used this company before, so I thought I'd give it a try. Very happy, I highly recommend them.

  These guys are awesome. I thought my carpet was ruined after our puppy urinated all around the whole living room carpet. Yellow spots were everywhere... Called Property Doctors as I found them to be a carpet cleaning and restoration service. They came by, did a quick estimate and I approved to start the service. Carpet looks almost brand new like the way it was before and I am more than satisfied with these guys.

  I'm putting a review here for their SUPERB customer service. They handled my issue very well in a timely manner, gave me a quote for water damage restoration super fast. Our water heater broke and flooded all over our basement. Rooms were flooded and we had to think of a way to recover the flooding damage. Property Doctors was a real help to us, customer service wise and being available at the time of our emergency. I highly recommend them! Thumbs up!
