  we have had a successful relationship with Promontory Point Capital spanning over eight years involving several successful assignments including the recent recapitalization of our company to better utilize our fixed and working capital assets. As in the past PPC was able to find the right funding sources that fit our company, and helped us to shepherd the successful completion of a transaction from “A to Z” including due diligence guidance and legal review.   Call me before you use this firm. My experience wasn't pleasant. Would never use them again.
