  Let me be clear: I love Dr Phil. But this office always makes me WAIT FOR FOUR HOURS before every appointment I've had in the last two years. They don't call ahead to reschedule or warn me, even though they know they are overbooked. Additionally, every time I call for a paperwork or RX request, they screw it up or, better yet, don't send it at all. I'm giving them one star not bc it's a bad doctor, but because I do not want to tolerate this blatant level of incompetence.

  My grandmother has been coming here for the last 7 years. She's very picky, ornery, and grouchy. But coming to Prominis always uplifts her mood. They must be doing something right!

  Prominis has been my go to clinic for 4 years(going on 5 in April.) Doctors have always been loyal, helpful, and genuinely nurturing to me as a patient physically and mentally. Happy to be spending an almost 5th year at their establishment.

  Clean medical facility. Friendly doctors. Nice people. Short wait times. Front desk isn't faceless. Billing is accurate.

  Dr. Shohn has been caring for my wife and daughter for as long as I can remember. Great place that treats their patients like family!
