  Their front desk, especially the gal Cristina is at best rude, ignorant and unprofessional. Dr Urman was kind although she incorrectly read the X-ray of my son's thumb and sent us home to ice it saying there was no fracture. Only to get a voicemail from their office a day later saying there was a suspected fracture and to call them back. I thought it was an honest mistake so I called them and I spoke to one of the doctors on staff (bec Dr Urman was off) who recommended that an MRI may be needed as well as a follow up with an Orthopedic Surgeon. Hours later I realized that he didn't say if we were going to need a prescription for the MRI so I called again. Only to be confronted by their unfortunately dumb receptionist Cristina who decided to argue about semantics and strongly insisted that I was making up the need for an MRI in my head, refusing to let me talk to the doctor until she herself became so incensed at her inability to find common sense!

  This place may look nice, they may seem nice....but the level of incompetence is astounding. Please do not trust this place with your health. One doctor here confidently told me a protrusion on my daughter's head was a cyst after I told him I'm sure it's an embedded tick. I trusted him. Because of him my daughter lost valuable time in which she should have been on antibiotics. Time was further lost by the incompetency of the lab they use not testing the specimen timely, they confirmed what little was left of the specimen was in fact an insect. Furthermore the people at the front desk are also quite an ignorant bunch with little to know medical or insurance knowledge. They may be wearing cute scrubs but frankly have no idea what they're talking about nor are they able to use common sense in terms of how insurance companies and labs should be dealt with let alone have their stories straight within the lot of them. I have quite a number of examples of these issues with them. Do not let the newness/cleanliness nor low wait time of this business fool you. I recommend steering clear, there is something wrong with this place and I've only cited one of my several examples. My insurance is horrible but I rather wait 2 hours to see our primaries than ever come back here.

  Horrible post visit experience. Though the doctor I saw was friendly it’s the front staff especially Cristina that were rude and unprofessional. There was a discrepancy with my return to work letter and when asked to have it adjusted Cristina stated that I needed to reschedule a appointment which meant paying another co-pay. She even refused to have me speak with th doctor. I had to call up Prohealth’s Corp. compliance officer and informed him about the matter and the unprofessionalism that exist at their Edgewater location. I don’t recommend this location. I’d rather go to Concentra in West New York.

  The best experience at a walk in ever! From the amazing ladies up front to the detail and care put in by Dr LoVerde. He was thorough and took the time to explain everything. Thank you for the amazing care.

  I had a severe pink eye issue in my left eye. I came for the first time to meet Dr. Loverde. He took all the time to answer my questions and was so knowledgeable that he immediately knew that my pink eye was cause; from my sinus infection, which is much rarer than touching your eye with dirty hands. I went for a follow up visit where he switched my anti-biotic drops to a stronger kind and switched my anti-biotic pills for Augmentin which is working amazin. If you want to count on a doctor who has 30 years of expiernce and who follows up on a call back to you and shows true compassion to his clients, I suggest come here
