::Fantastic experience. The facility and process was convenient and the staff is incredible. They were flexible with appointments and gave great feedback along the way so I had an idea of what progress was being made. I went to them for (what I assume is) a relatively minor, but annoying, issue; however, the treatment they designed for me not only resulted in quick healing/improvement, but helped with other issues as well (flexibility, stretching, etc). Felt like I could ask them any question. Peter and Shekenah were particularly amazing. Both were professional, knowledgeable and friendly. I honestly enjoyed my sessions and looked forward to them. Already miss seeing them, but grateful for the treatment and quick recovery! Would go back (hope I don’t) and would certainly recommend.

::I am so grateful for Peter Patumaranan, Shekenah Campbell and the crew at Professional Physical Therapy on E. 49th Street. My orthopedist recommended them. I came in in such pain from a frozen shoulder that I shrieked when I tried to reach to get a glass. It is now two and a half months later, and I am fully mobile. I don't even think twice when I reach behind my back with the arm I never thought would feel normal again. The people at this center are kind, effective, gentle, encouraging and FUNNY. I hope I never need PT again, but if I do, I know where I'll be going.

::I was in a car accident in January and was prescribed physical therapy for my injuries. Well let me just say how glad I am that I found Professional Physical Therapy on 49th Street! Their hours are extremely flexible for someone (like myself) who works the usual 8:30-5:30 or 9-5 in the city. I was able to attend all of my sessions before work which was beyond convenient. The facility itself is clean and easy to get to. The best part about this place is truly the staff. My first experience was when I initially called to make an appointment and spoke to a very cheerful and helpful receptionist named Shakira. There is also another receptionist there who is very nice as well. I had the pleasure of having both Peter and Dominick for PT's and they were both absolutely fantastic! They both took the time to evaluate me and walk me through each exercise every time, both were very good spirited and professional. Today was my last session and I have to say I've made a lot of progress thanks to these wonderful people and I can't thank them enough for their kindness and patience in getting me on the road to recovery. Thank you guys!
