  Just called them saying that I have savere back pain and the doctor will fax a referral The girl on the phone said : ok. We'll see you next week! Lol Are you kidding me ?! I am in pain and you tell me that you will help you next week ?'!!! I don't event want to go there ! EVER!

  Definitely a 5 star experience: I received PT twice weekly for almost 6 months while recovering from ACL surgery which was quite a big deal. From the very beginning I received optimal care. The staff went above and beyond to ensure that not only my physical needs were met but that I was reassured and encouraged every step of the way. I was very nervous in the beginning weeks and all of them took care to gently persuade me that I was doing fine and to have faith in my progress. Every member of the staff was extremely attentive and even when I worked independently I was certain I had several eyes on me at all times ensuring that I was safe. Staff members stopped to correct me when necessary and give me tips as well as offering me encouragement. When I asked for assistance I received it immediately and I was offered help frequently. I asked many questions and received in depth answers which helped me understand more about my rehabilitation and what was happening to my body. This helped me to know when and how to challenge myself and when to back off and rest ensuring that my progress was as smooth as possible. All of my friends and colleagues were also very pleased with their experiences. I noted that all patients received the same attention and care that I received. I watched so many people progress well over my time. Also, very notable was the office staff. I was always greeted warmly upon entering and I never waited more than seconds to be checked in, make appointments and pay my copay. When I had an insurance issue, the staff took command of the situation and quickly resolved it. This staff really deserves the ‘Professional Physical Therapy’ title. They all show true professionalism and manage to keep a very personal touch that makes patients feel welcome and comfortable despite their physical discomforts. It shows in the smiles in their faces how happy they all are to work there. Every aspect of my experience was exemplary. I have and will continue to recommend this facility. My friends and family have had similar experiences.

  Way too expensive. They send additional cost without mentioning it, and are not ready to negotiate the bill they sent 2 month later...
