  Very rude service. They do not speak good English. I came in two times for my vehicle inspection and the manager ignored me both times for another customer. He tried to 3x overcharge for one wiper blade and license plate bulb. I ignored the fact because I thought he was having a bad day but that was not the case. I came back for a third time. I simply asked him where the license plate bulb located on my vehicle. NOT TO INSTALL IT. JUST ASKING FOR THE LOCATION. I know thats a liability issue. He went into a tantrum and shoo'd me away. He said I need to go somewhere else since I didnt buy the bulb from him directly. I told him I went ahead and bought it myself since my previous 2 visits resulted in me waiting 30 plus minutes. Overall, rude employees, slow service, and they overcharge on additional parts. Not just a s/h or service charge but worst as in they try to take advantage of the customer.

  Bryan and Eric demonstrated what customer service is all about. At the time of a mechanical crisis, they helped me get through it stress free and had me safely driving the 5-hour ride home the next day. Thanks Bryan and Eric!

  Professional Auto Care takes great care of their customers. They are a AAA approved auto shop which has been repairing and servicing cars for almost 30 years. My family has been using them for 10 years and would recommend them to anyone looking for quality auto care with a shop who cares about their customers.
