  Best Buy is above and beyond any nail salon but I've ever been through I take my mom there once a month she gets treated like she is a queen

  Staff was not friendly, I got a full dip set with French and they look awful. The lines aren’t straight or even whatsoever. The top part of my nail that’s supposed to be clear/pink came out straight up gray because my tech was so sloppy with the white dip. No manicure was included, I had to ask just for lotion after. To make everything worse my tech walked away and FORGOT about me there for about twenty minutes until I had to ask for someone to come back and finish so I could leave. Who I assume was the manager laughed that she left to go eat in the back and that she forgot about me. No discount or attempt to correct any mistakes. Waste of time and money, don’t go here.

  I got a gel manicure and their services were perfect. Besides, they also gave me a nice massage ( like as bonus). In short, I’m super satisfied. I'll definitely go back!
