  Half the time when I call they never answer the phone. My car was there for 5 days and it took him that long just to tell me what was wrong, I was constantly calling and told he is working on it. This place does not have enough workers find another place if you can

  I will never ever refer anyone to this shop!!! Very bad business, I own a Audi A6 took it to Hernes for brake repair, he told me I needed a Abs module, get one, he tells me this one is bad also. Get another one. Same thing. Not only that he has my car for 2 months, half the time doesn't answer his phone! So I tell him ok, takes it to another shop to find out it was a vacuum sensor that needed to be replaced. So since Hernes removed my abs sensor I have to spend more money getting it reprogrammed smh!! And on top of that the chargered me 600 dollars for a unfinished job!!!! Never ever go here ppl. It was a waist of time and money!!! I'm very pissed!!! Money waisted. #lousy mechanic

  April 2015. I was referred to Pro-Tech from a boss who has had 15 years of positive experiences with Tony at ProTech. Repair was needed for my rear air suspension that had failed completely to a bumpy and dangerous low rider. I took my car in on Wednesday afternoon and was immediately given a free estimate. As requested, I gave a deposit for the parts with the next day balance due upon completion of the job. As promised the car was ready Thursday afternoon. Outstanding bonus is my car suspension is now a regular standard suspension instead of air suspension. The total job was reasonable at less than $450.00. I have found my new, honest, capable and reasonable mechanic. Thank you, Tony!

  Worst service I have ever received. I took my car there to have the ignition switch fixed and it took them nearly a week just to come up empty handed. First, they advertise that the tow is free if you live within 10 miles of the shop. I live less than 10 miles and I was charged $20. Second, I kept calling for nearly a week without a return phone call. Third, they attempted to fix my ignition switch a piece at a time so they could charge me more. Fourth, I went to the shop in the AM to get a progress report and was told it would be finished in a couple of hours and to come back (NOT TRUE!!!). I gave them 4 hrs. and sat for another hour without anyone giving me an update (except Hernan will be right with you), Fifth, he finally comes inside of the waiting area after closing hours to tell me the car isn't fixed and that he needs to order another part. I ask,What the Hell was he doing for almost week? Didn't he know he needed another part before closing? Sixth, he said it would take at least 3 days to get the other part delivered! At this point, I demanded my car back, but he wouldn't give it back until I paid him $140.00 to hand me a portion of the ignition switch back. The whole time, an old lady was talking rudely and demeaning. This was the worst experience I have EVER encountered!!!! I will NEVER do business with them again! Are there any mechanics with scruples and ethics any more? This guy should be ashamed of himself and I pray for him!
