  Best gym around. Whether you're hardcore bodybuilder, powerlifter, our just want to get in shape and improve your fitness level they have it all. The best instructos, with the best in the business, Linda Rappa. Always high energy challenging classes. Open to everyone...all fitness levels welcomed. I have seen so many members over the years improve their fitness levels. Becoming healthier and living more energetic lives. Everyone is friendly from the owner Alix Louca on down to the instructors and staff. Tons of equipment, clean and friendly atmosphere. It's like working out with family. I also have to mention their Special Olympics Powerlifting Program head up by Wayne Gambino. He does an amazing job with them. Talk about no judgements! These cookie cutter gyms can't top that! Great place!

  Great place with a friendly environment and great staff that goes above and beyond. Great machines with a lot of variety

  This gym is great! Glad to finally be at a gym that takes working out seriously. There was never a time when I had to skip an exercise because a piece of equipment wasn't there. They have pretty much everything, even a row machine! Pro-Fit also has a nice shake bar and even a fridge with prepared meals for when you're in a pinch.

  Lets start with the Good: Actually 24/7 7 days week.. Except on Xmas.. Spacious..Good Selection of Machines.. Locker rooms are clean. Bad: The machine are bit old but work.. A bit a rust never hurt no one I guess. Mis Match plates some of the weights do not match different designs.. Summary: Its a solid place to work out any time of day.. You can always get a good workout here. The only true 24/7 gym on Long island....
