  This was awful! The person that answered the call said that the service call was $15 and that the labor started at $35 but they would tell us how much before hand. Then she told us it would be 15-20 min later. An hour later the locksmith shows up and says it is $145 and the service call is $35. WHAT????? What a rip off! NEVER USE THIS COMPANY or if you do know that you are going to pay 3-4x more than they quote you!

  Came out and fixed a water damage door. Left with really sloppy work and my screen put back on with 3 inches gap on the bottom. Came back and fixed, but still left with sloppy work. It didn't solve our water problem at the bottom of the door. Left 4 messages and they never returned my call.

  Did not return voicemail message. Sent Jack picture of door and all pertinent info for job still did not return call or reply to text. Called Jack and he bid a 2' cheap door at $2000. Way overpriced. May be good at repairs but way overpriced on replacement.
