  WORST EXPERIENCE EVER! I’m very displeased to say the least! This was my first time going to Pro Cuts and I went in to get a haircut/wash/blow dry. Every time I get my haircut they always wash my hair first, then cut it. This Indian lady who I don’t know her name, started spraying my hair with the water bottle and then started cutting it. Some parts of my hair were still dry as she was cutting it, and when she was combing through my hair she kept hurting my ears, and knocked my backing off of my earring and it landed on the floor. But this was just the beginning. When she was done cutting my hair she started to wash it and I was looking forward to getting a nice scrub but it was more like a put the shampoo on the hair and wash it out. Then as she was blow drying my hair she used her hands, not a brush. She didn’t even section off my hair or move it to blow dry underneath. She turned the blow dryer off and said, “is that good?” I said, “Can you dry it a little more, the underneath is all wet.” She started blow drying my hair for a minute and then the fuse blew and made a spark right next to my foot and I got scared. She didn’t know where the electrical box was to flip the switch. I just wanted to leave after that even though my hair was still wet. It cost $18.95 for all that and it was such a waste of money, I will NEVER go back there again or refer anyone to go there!

  I didn’t know how short I should go, I wanted a change so bad and didn’t want to spend a lot of money for it. A friend recommended this location so decided to come in. Amy , the manager gave me her opinions and took the time to explain which haircuts would work best for the shape of my face. Thank you Amy!

  My usually salon couldn't get me in last minute, so I decided to go here. It was a leap of faith, not only did they get me in last minute but they did an exceptional job on my hair. I received so many compliments on it!! Customer for life!!

  This place is ABSOLUTELY AWESOME do not be fooled into thinking the price is any representation of the quality of the work and experience of the staff. I have gone to high dollar salons over the years and truly these guys did better on my hair. Amy the manager is awesome and you feel at home as soon as you step in the door, she is experienced knowledgeable and will tell you honestly the best cuts for your face and hair type - although she will successfully achieve whatever style you have in mind for yourself. Kim - like Amy - will also guide you into making a style choice that is both flattering and easy to achieve at home when styling yourself ( VERY important to me!) Amy is the " curly hair whisperer" lol SERIOUSLY she understands it and did a KILLER job on my hair , I have had nothing but compliments all day and my hair was a train wreck when I sat down in front of her. I took off my grandmothers wedding ring to add some leave in conditioner before I left and thought I had left my ring. They searched the place high and low , calling me frequently at work to update me. I finally found my ring in the bottom of my purse , thank goodness. The kindness they showed to take the time to look for my ring and contact me so I would not worry is just out of this world. So this is not just a review to boost their standings , this is a real review from a real customer and this place is TOP NOTCH. I work in Hospitality and really appreciate the level of professionalism the entire staff demonstrated. I will tell everyone I know about this place and never get my hair cut anywhere else.
