My boyfriend went in for a haircut. It cost him $17. Then I look up Pro-Cuts on their website & I see that it's supposed to include a shampoo & a neck massage etc. He only received the haircut. I also believe yall are overpriced. He won't be back.

Took my boy up there to get a haircut. Waited not long. The lady who actually cut his hair said she could not cut it the way I wanted it. I just wanted it really tight on the back and sides. Like a 0, and alittleโ€‹bit longer on the top. Normal haircut. I went ahead and let her cut it anyways and she missed spots behind the ears. Overall it looked like it was already a week and a half old haircut.

Went in for a cut and the service was terrible. Had to explain to stylist several times what I wanted while she cut my hair. Hair was butchered. Will not use them again.

I went in to get a color done! A maroon/purple type of color! Very popular around right now. A lady named Bonnie came out and said she was a color specialist! In 3 days my hair is bleach blonde at the ends and the color has faded and it is absolutely horrific! I wouldn't recommend any females go there! There is a odd sense in that salon. Girls aren't experienced and it's just a odd vibe.

I was ready to make this my new, regular place, because I live within walking distance. Went there two consecutive days. Three people waiting, one in the chair, and only one stylist working. Do you think people have all day to wait? Six chairs, and one stylist working? After the second time, I went to Great Clips. They had 4 stylists working. No wait. No idea how the haircutting is, but the service is seriously lacking.
