  Bearded guy seems like he's burnt out or doesn't want to be there because it shows in his bad attitude, slow and he just doesn't appear interested in being there.

  Customers service has greatly improve over the years for sure. I remember how snobby they use to be. Those who staffs the store now are really friendly. This place can get pretty busy sometime. Great selections of long guns and pistol.

  I have bough a couple of firearms from PRK Arms and i had a great experience these guys were really cool and easy to get along with. Prk Arms have a great selection of firearms, ammo, and accessories. They have a good selection on Law enforcement only firearms as well. these guys do it all they will price match and layaway.

  Much much better than my last review attributed mostly to Nathan and his great customer service, and knowledgeability of their product. We were two women walking in which usually raises eyebrows in this Macho based mentality industry but they actually seemed impressed that these women knew what they were actually talking about.. I would have given it 5 stars but there was a big lull between us entering the store and waiting at the counter to be acknowledged. It is not much effort to raise your eyes and state that you will be helped momentarily. This was the only remnant remaining of the bad service on my last review. I would recommend them highly as they have's the largest amount of defense weaponry and recreational arms priced far more realistically than Herb Bauer who have the selection but not the price.
