::The entire staff at Prizm is kind, patient and puts you at ease. The receptionist at the front desk, is always waiting to help me get signed in. My appointment was for an an epidural injection and trigger points injections, on February 14. My first nurse that came to help get me prepared was Sue. Beautiful smile, calming voice, excellent knowledge of what my procedure would involve. The second nurse I met was Sariya , Now going into procedure room Sariya is preparing me for Dr. Rosenberg, answered any and all questions I had. Together we found my trigger points. I chose Dr Rosenberg because of his credentials and outstanding work in his field. I was certain his staff would be excellent as well. When you are waiting for any medical procedure, the people who greet you and hold your hand are the most important people to insure you are going to have a great experience.Beginning with their care and guidance you will have a successful outcome.

::Nice staff. The Dr wasn't bad but definitely believe he sees his patients are below him. You're in pain so go see a psychiatrist. When someone's in pain, they may be depressed. No s#%t. I'm depressed because of the pain.

::As a patient of Jim Gilsons for 11 years, I would definitely recommend him to others. Since I’ve moved to this clinic, I have nothing but praise, for the nurses, PAs and Doctors. They are very caring and have amazing bedside manner during procedures. However there is a newer girl named destiny who can be very rude on the phone and I am much more apt to grow impatient when I am being talked down to, especially for someone who works in the medical field as well, and for a long time patient. I hope that she becomes more patient and understanding with learning from the current staff.

::RIPOFF ALERT If I could leave 0 stars I would. My first and only appointment started with them taking urine for a drug test. I was brought into an exam room which was dirty and outdated. Then the doctor met with me and said I should do physical therapy instead of pain management, and then get re-evaluated. (Dr. Rizvi was very nice and did a very good thorough exam). THIS MEANT THERE WAS ABSOLUTELY NO REASON FOR THE DRUG TEST. Then they sent me a bill for $265. $110 which was for the unneeded drug test. I then went on my insurance site and lo and behold, my insurance had paid out $250 for the drug test and $405 for the appointment and stated I had a 0 balance. When I contacted the number on the bill, they said there was some sort of error in the system and that it had happened 3 times this week. They claim they will be calling me back. I believe that if I sent this $265 to them, they would have kept it regardless of the "error".

::A wonderful staff and highly capable doctors make me feel safe and secure. The offices are easy to get to with plenty of parking. Handicapped access is not a problem.
