  DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE. I paid in full for an event at his location that I planned with him for months. He does not have proper permits to operate and did not tell me until the night before my event (after he recieved final payment) that I could not host at his location. I had to relocate my event of more than 600 people in less than 24 hours and he did not return the $10,000 event fee or the my $2,000 deposit. He is a thief and will take your money and run!

  I called Private Key to source a Villa for clients. There wasn't much time which was my fault actually but they managed to pull it all together. All the staff who dealt with the booking were friendly, helpful and I really had no complaints. They also showed me their new space in Wynwood for Events. It's FABULOUS. They showed me pictures of events they've already hosted and I'm definitely excited about more bookings with them in the future. Private key should be your one stop shop for your next Miami trip

  I used Private Key Luxury Rentals this past week. I used them for a bunch of services. we rented a beautiful apartment with an amazing view. the staff was very attentive. checked us in, called us to find out if we were okay and organized private parties and itinerary for a bunch of events. very nice service they really made us feel special. I recommend them with a solid 5 stars.
