  Not coming to a store with 2 photos of their retail space. No product photos, nothing. You are almost an hour from me, so unless I can see more product and photos listed in your google profile, it's not worth my time. PLEASE update this.

  I go there bout once a week sometimes even more they are very helpful, The fishes are health. They are sometimes busy and no one at the register but when I tell them I want to buy something they come or call someone to help me at once. when petco sold me a snow flake eel listed as freshwater and I went to Pristine to get it some food they told me in was saltwater and upon further research I found out it was a saltwater eel. Over all they are always helpful try it out .

  First off I am in an interracial marriage and I can say there are NO racist here! Second, this place feels like more of a boutique high end store, but with only slightly higher prices. You sometimes have to wait a few minutes for the employees to finish up with the other customers to get the professional advice or help needed. They have helped me with important advice numerous times with many different problems. They have way better/healthier fish, and products than the types you can get at the big box stores like Pet Smart. Best of all they saved me by rescuing some of my fish. I had rescued a catfish and raised a Pacu without realizing how quickly they would outgrow my tanks. They were happy to provide a home for them once they had cleared up some extra room for them. Go see for yourself and you won't be disappointed. A. Moran

  I've been there on several occasions and the service is some what good once they actually notice ur there a few of the folks there have.knowledge of aquatic life others I think are there just for a paycheck a lot more knowledge then petco or petsmart tho

  This is by far the best fish store around. I just got an orange crayfish(rare) and several cichlids in the past. All fish are still alive several months.. cleanest tanks around. prices are fantastic and staff are knowledgeable as heck. WILL be buying from in the future even though I live in stafford... the drive is worth the wait.
