  This place is spectacular, the service here is superb they made us feel like we were VIP. It's squeaky clean and hotel is gorgeous, and I loved the commode system they have warm pulsating water spraying on you after you used them that stays on as long as you want it too, kinda stimulating. I loved air freshener they used it smelled so good here all day long. I will definitely stay here again, love this place. Thanks you Prince Waikiki for making our anniversary so special and complimentary bottle of champagne was a very generous touch.

  Everything was top notch starting from the valet, the personal check in desk, concierge, etc. Grounds are beautiful and perfectly maintained. Restaurants and bar was pretty good. However, with all this greatness comes big prices. I wouldn't call this place affordable. If you are comfortable with spending $1000/day for a vacation, go for it!

  Amazing location. Do not have one complaint. We needed a place that was wheelchair accessible. They made us feel welcomed. Room had enough space for the wheelchair and did not feel cramped. The bathrooms were pretty nice too. The view was amazing! So worth the time and money here. Due to the raining season I did not get to enjoy the pool as much as I wanted...but still overall AMAZING!

  Absolutely loved my stay here with my husband! It somehow felt quiet and private amid all of the city hustle and bustle. Amazing view of the marina, ocean, and mountains. By far the best thing was the top notch service. They were all so kind, attentive, and helpful. I went by the desk to ask for decaf coffee pods and they made it to my room before I did. The rooms were clean and tasteful. I loved opening the large slide window up to the pacific view! We splurged for the club floor with food and wine. I was expecting light snacks, but was pleasantly surprised to find they had everything, including a hot dish for breakfast and dinner. I loved the view from the private area. They were filming a news segment on our last day and the manager treated us to waygu burgers on the house! He didn’t want us to feel inconvenienced by the filming, which we enjoyed watching. It really was amazing and made our trip to this dream island really come true. We will definitely stay here again when we are back!

  Stellar hotel all around, from the grand and textured ocean design of the lobby to the thoughtful and spacious layout of the king bedroom. The bathrooms were especially enjoyable (ours had a standing shower and a bathtub plus a separated toilet with a bidet) and more spacious than any other bathroom we've seen. The pool was also layered with a main swimming area great for families and an extra infinity pool for a few moments of calm. There was so much to explore at this hotel and in the surrounding area, that we found ourselves running out of time. The staff was wonderful and friendly at every turn. We've stayed at other hotels in the area but found this one was tops.
