Awesome school because of the teachers and staff! I don't understand what the other parents are complaining about. I never had issues with any of the teachers or staff. They are amazing!

If you’re thinking of sending your child to this school, please DONT! This school is atrocious. Don’t let the new and fancy decor and paint make you believe otherwise. They lie and tell you what you ant to hear when you have a concern. The turnover rate is insanely high. My children never had a consistent teacher. There were always WAY too many children jammed packed into those small rooms. There were many times i’d pick up/drop off my child and they had combined because they don’t have enough staff to meet their ratios. Administration doesn’t care about the wellbeing of the children, but more about their bottom line. I understand that it’s a business, but they should care about the children that are already enrolled before adding new children to the center.

Don't be fooled by the looks of the place and the cheap "free" backpack that comes with enrollment. Yes, it's a nice building and it smells like fresh bread but the substance to what these guys know about kids and how to manage behavior is empty. It's not worth it in the end. We have a typical 2-year-old that had problems with biting when he was tired. Whenever he bit, he was pulled out of the classroom and made to wait in the office (Note: The daycare supposedly has a firm policy in that they do not do "time-out"). He was basically put in "time out" from the time he was in the office until someone could come and pick him up. That was easily 30 MINUTES or more every time it happened, leaving a 2-year-old little boy in an office, isolated from friends or stimulating activities. By the time we arrived, he had no concept of what he was in the office for. He typically bit around the same time when it happened (right before nap time). When he bit, we were notified and he would get kicked-out for the day. Of course, we would never have enough notice and have to drop everything we were doing, leave work to come get him, and then watch him for the rest of the day. This experience didn't teach him anything since it kept happening and he probably got the behavior reinforced since he got to go home. We still got billed for the day too! You pay almost a thousand dollars or more each month for daycare because you need to work and trust that they can keep your kids safe and happy. This place did not do that. We don't condone biting in any way- but that is why you pay for quality daycare. You want more than just a holding pen for your child, you expect a daycare to help you teach your child skills to be successful. We do a great job of giving positive reinforcement and help him manage typical toddler behaviors at home but it doesn't do any good if he is at daycare for the entire workday and the daycare is unwilling to carry over any of the strategies. We initiated a meeting very early on to try and come up with a solution. We were told at the initial meeting that they would work with us, assured us that this was typical behavior, they could handle the situation and they would not kick him out over this. They tried the same solution to the same problem and got the same results. They made us think that we were the problem. We took our son to a doctor to see if it was an atypical behavior only to be told he's a perfectly normal, sweet boy. You are asked to give them 2 weeks notice if you are leaving but it's not reciprocated; our son got expelled on a Friday morning without any formal prior notice to make other arrangements for childcare. We were told that the motivation was complaints from other parents but we never got to meet with other parents to discuss the issue or a solution. Instead of solving the problem- it was easier to expel our child. When it comes down to it this is just another inflexible, cookie-cutter franchise where they only know how to do things one way and the bottom line is profit. My warning to parents considering this daycare is: Be ready at any moment to come and pick up your child because they'll turn them back to you the moment they find themselves incapable.
