  AVOID this florist. See picture below. This is not a $100 bouquet of flowers. Owner unreasonable when called about the arrangement. After personally working in the florist industry for over 5 years, I can say this place is a ripoff! To top it off, asked it to be delivered in the early morning, and was promised, but was actually delivered after 12:00pm.

  Absolutely terrible customer service, the old man who runs this store is a complete rip off artist. I asked for a small message to my girlfriend for Valentines Day, he interrupted me with what HE though should be on the card. I went with his message and later find out that the note wasn’t even delivered. Just six skimpy, dried out roses for over 100. Also tried running my card through six times, repeatedly telling me my card was declined until he realized that he was entering the numbers wrong. I’m not sure if he’s just a incompetent or should retire, probably both.

  I bought a boutonniere here, the owner was very kind and helpful and the flower was beautiful! very happy with the service here

  I ordered a bouquet for $50 and it looked nothing like the picture on the web site and very skimpy.
