  Dan was my husband's realtor in selling his mom's house last month. His knowledge and experience in selling houses, as well as his patience and realistic attitude really helped him throughout the whole process.   Dan Novak lives up to his reputation of good reviews by his clients. Luckily, for me, he found my "Make Me Move" on Zillow. He was upfront and completely honest. In fact, so honest he told me what I could do to make my house more presentable. It's not an easy pill to swallow because I have a serious Type A personality and keep things pristine. However, when you live in a house for even a few years you can become complacent. His ideas are fresh and it's clear he knows what he's doing. My home was listed for about 18 hours and already had 2 offers with a 3rd that didn't want to get in a bidding war. SOLD IN ONE DAY! Now for the cherry... It broke the neighborhood sales record! You really can't go wrong with Dan the Man with a Plan.
