  Great barbers, fun atmosphere. Chris did a great job trimming and shaping a beard as well as straight shave on the dome. Been back numerous times. They are my go to. Always a professional, full service experience with friendly and exemplary barbers. Worth every cent.

  Had some issues with scheduling, when I called in the morning to set-up the appointment the guy said no barbers were in so just to come in at 3:15 pm (the time I picked) I showed up at that time and there was a bunch of confusion since he didn't tell me actually who would be trimming my beard. Either way it was all figured out much before my scheduled time and Xavier took on the challenge. The place has a very cool chill laid back atmosphere like I hope to see in a barbershop and everyone there was very friendly. Seems like the kind of place I could go hang out at even if not getting a hair cut or my beard trimmed. This day I was just going in for a beard trim and it had been over a year since I had done so and I am not very experienced with getting my beard trimmed either since I normally just go for the full-blown caveman/hillbilly beard. Xavier was really good at asking me how I wanted it to look and making it easy for a noob like me to explain how I wanted it. I hadn't had a hair cut in about a month but wasn't really ready for one but Xavier was awesome enough to clean up my neck. He charged me $12 for the trim and I tipped him 67% since it was a mess of a beard when I came in and he took the extra step to clean up the back of my neck. My beard looked super good in the end and I will definitely continue going back to Prime Cut and Sew for beard trims and I am normally the kind of cheap-o that cuts my hair but I think I will be going here for hair cuts now too. Keep it up guys, I hope you guys stay in downtown Mesa for years to come. Xavier, thanks for the trim you got yourself a long time customer!!!!!

  Stopped in for the first time this evening for a hair cut. Met my barber, Chris.. showed him a photo of the hairstyle I usually get and he set to work. He did an amazing job with my haircut. Exactly how I wanted it. The entire crew was welcoming and friendly. They sell cool hats and even a motorcycle or two out front! Very Cool!! It's not to far from my house too, and very close to the shops and restaurants in downtown Mesa. Perfect location! I will definitely return!
