Absolutely awesome! Primanti Bros was a recommendation from my friends son and what a great choice!! Lunch/dinner - everything was delicious! Will definitely go back next time we're in Pittsburgh!

This location isn't that great. My friend and I went in a bit ago, around 1pm on a Friday and there was a very loud screamo/ heavy metal band playing. It was too loud to carry a conversation. The bartender was very nice though. But for it being so early in the day, I didnt appreciate the atmosphere. I can understand later at night, especially on a weekend. But not 1pm when there are only 4 people in the bar as is. This is nothing against the music itself or the band. The guys playing seemed very passionate and is usually something i would enjoy. Just there is a time and a place. I have also gone in a few times, closer to night, and have been met with rude servers who were obviously overwhelmed. As if they weren't expecting it to be busy. At a weekend night. In south side.

Was expecting what I get from Mary at the strip. That's not what I received. I will review two most recent incidents. Yesterday, they were listed as fully open on Postmates & Grub hub. They made the delivery person stand in line & then told her they weren't accepting delivery orders. I confirmed they were still listed as open on both venues. Then they told the delivery driver they would make the sandwiches only. No fries, tots, or pickles. I refused & attempted to call the restaurant three times. They would not answer the phone & I refused an incomplete order. The delivery driver stated that a manager & staff were rude to her. Several weeks ago, I tried a call in order. They took it & said no problem. Pick it up in about 30 minutes. I was there in 30 minutes and immediately treated rudely by a male identifying himself as a manager. He said I would have to stand in a very long line, wait, give my order, then wait again. I immediately told him forget it and left. This has happened at several of their locations recently & now seems to be part of the company culture. AVOID THIS LOCATION FOR DELIVERY SERVICES. THEY DO NOT TAKE THEMSELVES OFFLINE, WAIT A LONG TIME TO CANCEL, AND USUALLY CANCEL BECAUSE THEY SAY THEY'RE TOO BUSY!

A definite Pittsburgh staple! We take business travelers here whenever possible just to experience the legendary sandwich. There people are great here, and the lunch service is usually quicker than expected. Last time, we had our sandwiches in like 3 minutes The bar area is nice, but not huge. I don't drink here much

First Primanti Bros experience was here. I have loved them since. Food is great but simple. Not trying too hard like so many places now, just great tasting, good portioned food. Feels like a neighborhood hang out with a friendly staff.
