  I have been shopping at Pricewise ever since I nervously bought my very first toilet plunger the day I moved to NYC. I LOVE this store for many reasons, but this review would not be complete without the following... About a month ago, I accidentally left my brand new iPhone on a bench at the 86th St subway platform, which had my credit cards, ID, subway pass, and $100 cash in its' case. When I realized it was missing, I was an hour away and certain I would never see it again. It IS New York City, after all..... As it turned out, the GM OF PRICEWISE DISCOUNT had found my phone (with its' accompanying valuables) on the bench, kept it safe ON HIS PERSON for 3 days, until I was able to make it in to the store to pick it up. Not only was he extremely gracious and kind through my hysterics, he would not accept as much as a thank-you card, much-less the $100 I tried to give him in gratitude. He simply smiled and said he would happily do it again for anyone, any time, and wouldn't think of accepting any gift in return. Needless to say, I have given Pricewise my business whenever possible since then, and for as long as I live on the UWS!!
