  Your apartment smells like smoke even though you don’t smoke and they don’t fix anything and can careless what goes on or how many people are in a unit they’re several units with 8-10 people in a 3 bed unit and the 1 bed units have 3-6 in them and if your handicap and need a handicap parking spot don’t bother because they won’t put one in because it’s to much trouble and there’s always trash on the ground and breeze ways and some can have stuff setting outside in the breeze way and some can’t I was told to move my small porch swing it wasn’t in no body’s way but the other neighbors got it keep old kitchen chairs and table sitting right next to stairs and it makes it hard to get through with groceries or taking trash out This is at garland square apartments in Norman

  Resident since 2015 Not Recommended This place sucks the management doesn't care about people their staff are perverted the maintenance sucks they don't fix ---- the complex is filthy it takes days to fix if they do fix and they charge u for the stupidest ---- don't waste your time moving here its a ----n rip off it has been the worst experience. I have no family or friends in OKC. This my apartment was broken into and my car was vandalized. I've had so many issues with the office. Just to some it up dont ever move here

  Bad rental places. Lousy, horrible. They charged 2500 upon move out. Slum lords. , but he was able to build it with God's help. May ALLAH destroy all the evils and greedy people.My son paid rent on time, They don fix stuff.only wants money and press very high charges upon move out, slumlords and scammers, thieves, Inshallah ALLAH THE MIGHTY will not bless this business, Business, which take money from hard working people unfairly. حسبي الله و نعم الوكيل الله المنتقم لابارك الله في شركه.   Lousy business and properties. Environmental health issues in the properties. Hazardous, mold, excess cold, overcrowded, leaks, inadequate heating, damp. Bad areas. Unjustified rents. Bad customer services. Certainly don want to do business with.

  I lived at one of their properties for a year and never had a problem. The office staff was always helpful whenever possible. Maintenance was also helpful whenever needed. I loved the stay.
