  Great service and nice staff. I’m here a lot and it’s a consistently positive experience. Today they gave me a free coffee!

  Wasn't very busy but still struggled to find seating. Unless there was more seating downstairs or something that I didn't notice

  I'll start by saying I love Pret a Mangers grab and go fresh foods and fruits. But lately this location is lacking quality in not only food but also customer service. The cashiers almost always have a bad attitude, Being that I work in the area this 23 st location is convenient for me. But I'm going to start looking else were. So today I entered this 23 street in park ave location at 2:27 pm and bought my usual Avocado flatbread and a super fruit salad, when I made it to the cashier I ordered my usual large peppermint tea with almond milk inside. Now I always kindly ask if the person serving me to please add the almond milk for me. And it seems EVERY TIME I'm given attitude and asked rudely to pour the milk my self at the other counter which has milk that has been siting out since morning, and I just never trust the milk that is self served. So today my cashier (Seynabou) her name on the receipt asked another girl to make my tea and she heard when I kindly asked the cashier to please pour the almond milk looked at me rolled her eyes gave me the tea with a coffee lid and told me to pour it my self at the station behind me. I told her nicely " Sorry i don't trust the milk that has been out, which is why I asked can you please add the almond milk that has been in the fridge and not sitting out and can I please also get a white lid thank you" So the girl who originally prepared my tea seemed to refuse to add the milk and left my cashier to do it. But instead my cashier grabs the almond milk lays it on the counter for me to pour my self (which honestly I didn't mind) but in the way she did it was so rude she looked annoyed. As if I was giving her a hard time when I asked nicely in the beginning. I don't know how or even why people apply for jobs in customer service where you are hired and paid to service customers, We are the ones who bring money to your job. It wont hurt you to smile and be friendly. Like I feel nothing but bad energy when I walk in here. (Not always) but I have to say a majority of the time. Its ridiculous, If you hate your job and hate people so much quit and go else where. You and me are no different, Both HUMANS. Except I have manners and smile and say please and thank you. IS IT REALLY THAT HARD??? Not to mention the AVOCADO FLATBREAD WITH YOGURT DRESSING has been lacking ingredients. It was so bland and had way to much cilantro and very little avocado and dressing. Not worth it anymore.
