  Had a wonderful experience working with Preston properties. Emailed them and I believe within half an hour got a respond back from them and were pleasantly surprised considering other real estate agencies never got back to us. Mike was very pleasant and patient with us taking time to explain things and giving us time to make decisions. We are looking forward to contacting this company in the future.

  My daughter was moving to Boston and I went with her on her apartment hunt. We used Mike Preston and I couldn't have been more impressed with the way he found places that fit my daughter's lifestyle. He was very professional and organized. He even contacted us up until the Sunday night before our day in the city to make sure he had heard all of her requests! Highly recommend Mike.

  I recently began searching for a place to live in Boston on short notice after a job relocation. During my search I came across Mike Preston and Preston Properties. I spoke with him over the phone to set up a day in the city. Mike gave me his undivided attention, reserved his entire day just for me and had a list of appointments with places to visit that would all fit my needs and still be in my budget. He listened to everything I wanted and not once tried to persuade me. Very professional, trust worthy and I plan to use him in the future! Would highly recommend!!

  We had a great experience with Preston Properties. My husband and I decided to move to Boston on very short notice and I was referred to Mike by a coworker. He was extremely helpful in getting us in the right neighborhood, researching different options that met our wishlist (accommodating our dog) and finding us the perfect place in a very short amount of time. I would highly recommend to anyone looking to buy or rent in the Boston area.

  Can't really say enough about Mike at Preston Properties. He was so attentive and met our detailed criteria. Apartment hunting with a dog is never easy, but Mike made the whole process seamless. He gave us a tour of Boston, specifically the Back Bay, and showed us 4 excellent options. We chose one and Mike was able to negotiate a lower rent and more favorable terms. My finance and I (and Rex) have settled into our new apartment nicely. Highly recommend.
