  Anna was very prompt in responding to my inquiry and worked very hard to find the exact car I was hoping for ... it doesn't exist, so she found me one that was very close and made me a great deal for it, and delivered it to boot! She is very knowledgeable about all the cars the dealership has, and is friendly in a very professional way. She introduced me to almost everyone who works there so that when I return for any reason, I will be comfortable talking to anyone there. A very high-end experience at this dealership, at what I consider a mid-level price point for a car. Cannot say enough good things about this dealership or this salesperson.

  Purchased our ride here and the car is spectacular as is the service here and all of the staff. Easy access, answering all we ask and being on point. Can’t ask for more.

  Well, I bought my car there, the Passat is fine at 40 000 miles but it is 7/26...it needs a 40,000 mile service and, try this for VW service, first date is 10th August. Phew...plenty of VW dealers to buy from next time. Well...here is my edit. I did not buy my next car from VW Stamford. I received much better service from VW Danbury and a deal better than VW Stamford offered. I took my paperwork for the rebate of the unexpired warranty back to VW Stamford on 2/23/2018. It is now 4/20/2018; they have lost the paperwork. They have got rid of the person who took my paperwork. Jan in Finance is 'dealing with it'. Hard to get hold of Jan...his voicemail box has been full for over a week! have written to the manager. I have yet to receive a call back. What a pity that it appears I may have to threaten Small Claims Court to get their attention. Apparently, unless you are buying a car from Prestige, they do not care. So..the saga continues. David Marino takes over the case. Says he will call me back the next day (I had to get the document for them...Jan had proven incapable of managing that...it took me 5 minutes to get it with one phone call!). Mr. Marino does not call.

  Go see chip he is great . They have some of the best deals around and they don't waste time. I have personally purchased the last of my 3 cars from Chip at prestige

  I had a great experience at this place. My salesperson was Anna who was very thorough and actually appreciated my business. She followed up with a phone call a couple days later to make sure everything was good w/ the car. I would definitely buy a car from them again.
