  Well I don't know where to start I took my car for a recall on the engine it took 5 or 6 day to get the car I was fine with got the car new engine excited drove the car got over heated I looked and Guess What no antifreeze OMG luckily nothing major happen. Then extra services needed to be done on the car like my light when I took the car light was working when I pick up the car my fog light on the drive was out and the passengers headlight was out and they wanted to charge me to check that out also did some work on the front they charge me and same issue on the car. I took my car to another place and Guess what the cable for the lights was disconnected I have proof they replaced all the parts needed on the car my shock was bad this dealer never mentioned that my ball joint lower arm on both side were super bad I looked at all the parts as this new shop that I went show it to me. all the screws on the bumper loose found broken screws on the bottom by the drive side of the bumper. Dishonest place I called to complain about this and guess what no one ever return the call.... Will never take my car there I will drive an extra 15 miles to the next Kia dealer.

  Top notch dealership! They ooze professionalism, from the sales reps to the managers to financial services. The folks at Prestige Kia made the dreaded car leasing experience, enjoyable!   I had such a great experience at Prestige Kia with the lease of my car I felt compelled to leave a review which I never do good or bad. I shopped around for two weeks before deciding to go there and it was only because they were the only dealership who didn't give me a hard time about a price over email. Once I got there they honored what they quoted me, no games, no "typical dealer tactics" and then beat it. I asked for a little bit more off at which point the manager Mr. Kevorkian came out introduced himself and gave me very close to my dream deal. Wonderful people, extremely professional and overall great experience nothing more I could have asked for.

  I went to Prestige Kia as my first place to purchase a car weeks ago. Although I corresponded with Amanda via email once to confirm the price and availability of the car I was interested in , when I walked in I was not greeted by any of the salespeople immediately and when I was, it was not really a welcoming type of approach. Needless to say, they had the car I wanted but I was hoping to NOT have to go back there. I purchased my car at Jack Daniels Kia in Fair Lawn who made the process seamless---they spent the time and had the patience to answer all of my questions and more. The people at Prestige need to take some lessons from other dealerships---
