  I am impressed. I won't use them again, but it is not their fault. I have a serious problem with scents and instructed them not to use anything scented. When the laundry arrived it reeked of scent (to me). I complained and first, they refunded my money. Then they tried to figure out a solution, but I think we agreed there isn't one. A commercial laundry is going to smell of laundry and my body reacts to that as if it were perfume. The refund went through in minutes. I would recommend them to everyone.

  awesome customer service, great app interface and my clothes came back in even better condition than when they left. cheaper in the long run than renting/washer dryers. perfect for any busy lifestyle!

  Press did an awesome job with both my laundry and dry cleaning. I found out about Press from a friend that needed a dry cleaning delivery service and I'm so happy I tried them out. I did use my friend's promo code for my first order, which was awesome.
