  Dental check ups aren’t normally pleasant, but my cleaning session with Dr Flamer was very pleasant! She was gentle and explained each process! Thanks to her praise of my very good dental hygiene! Thank you all at Presidential!

  I am so glad that I found Presidential Dental! After searching around and having a few pretty bad visits elsewhere, Dr. Hancock was a breath of fresh air. She took the time to show me pictures of the areas that need some work, answered my questions, and gave me a printout of the estimated costs before I even scheduled my next appointment. And my teeth feel so nice and clean after my check-up!

  My years of fear of a dentist was put to ease. The staff very caring from the front office to the doctors. My encounter was with both doctors . Ready for my next visit.

  My son, Tyler see Dr. Hancock regularly. He has always received excellent treatment and the entire staff is professional and welcoming. I give Presidential Dental 5 stars !

  This Dentist office is a joke when it comes to handling your insurance. I had a deep cleaning on my teeth, I payed partial out of pocket (what the receptionist, told me) and thought Cigna took care of the rest. Until I got a final notice from the dentist office months later stating I still owed $500. The office barley did the minimum when contacting my Insurance, I had to beg the office to send all the info to my insurance. 6 months later they are still sending me a bill even though my insurance payed it in full over 2 months ago.
