::My experience has been outstanding with Presbyterian Cardiology. I see Dr. Leonardo Macias, and he is one of the finest cardiologists I have had the pleasure to work with, OR be a patient of. I have been a nurse for 41 years and he AND his staff are caring, efficient and reach out to address areas of concern or to answer questions. Scheduling can be a bit of a hassle occasionally, but the care is superior! G. Levine. MBA, MSN, RN

::If you like being treated like trash. Then Presbyterian cardiology clinic is for you. Dr. Daniel Brown my So-called cardiologist had the bedside manner of a black mamba. He is a horrible cardiologist and a vile person. Don't waste your time at this clinic. This a 3rd rate clinic ran by 3rd rate Cardiologists.

::My mom suffered a heart attack in February, and had to have her Aortic Valve replaced in March. The surgical team was outstanding - they came in answered questions, expressed concern and empathy, and came out after surgery to discuss the successful procedure. However, from that point forward patient service has been the worst I’ve ever experienced, and I am a veteran who receives care through the VA! Mom’s follow up appointments have had to be changed twice for different reasons. We’ve called multiple times to try and get a Dr. to change mom from Warfarin to another anticoagulant and no return phone calls from doctors. Today’s ECG appointment was on their scheduling software, but the tech, and nurses had no idea we were coming today! After 30 minutes of waiting, and overhearing conversations between schedulers, we knew we were forgotten about. They came and gave us more excuses and said it would at least another 30 minutes. One hour and 20 minutes later the tech finally came and got us. She said she had no idea we were coming, and that the problem was that the surgeon’s office and the cardiologist’s office weren’t communicating! My mom’s care has been one gigantic, downhill failure after another since her first post-op visit. Everything surrounding my mother’s care and recovery has been exceptionally poor. The frustration finally boiled over, hence this review - the first negative review I have ever left for anything.
