I was charged twice $40 for the parking on 4/6 which I see from other reviews is a common thing. I filled out the form they requested and exchanged emails. I provided all the information they needed and the company never even emailed be back. I'm sorry even if your plan is to deny the request you should always follow up with your guest in a timely manner. 2-3 business days should be your maximum wait for an email response. It takes zero effort to say, we are still investigating this dispute and need more time. If you have to use this lot use cash if it's possible. Do not use your card. They have no concern for your money or your time. Kailyn Ochello was the representative that was emailed me requesting more info. She followed up saying that management was reviewing the dispute and that's where the story ends. Poor managment. Terrible company.

Paid $16 for parking 3 hours. When came back, around 10 minutes late, got booted. A blue ticket on the side windows says "INAPPROPRIATE DISPLAY" with all capital letters, even though the ticket is just right there. The ticket name is under a company named Admiral Enforcement instead of premium parking. Two males dressed in Admiral Enforcement polos waited in their truck and playing cell phones. Go to talk to them, they say:" we have to talk to our boss first, please wait." After more than 30 minutes, they came and say "let us see your purchased ticket." Show the ticket, they say unlocking the boot needs $90. No explanation and no other options. Then took out their cell phone, swiped my credit card, asked my phone number, and got no physical receipt, got no text. Interestingly, the coincident was the discover credit card was swiped in some FedEx store at Memphis TN in the second day, but I was in Mississippi.Funny story, isn't it? So funny, because it sounds like extortion.
