  I normally take this cab service twice a week, but no more. When the driver drops me at my destination, instead of stating to me he doesnt have singles to give me my change. He tries to give me 1 dollar change and increase his price. When i tell him i take this cab often and tell him what the fare is, he then says he doesnt have change. You intentionally keeping my money! Driver could have pulled over and went into the many stores we passed to get change or have on hand for the next passenger, this driver was decietful and tried to steal my change.

  Today I took #169car service and she overcharged me and took $20 from me .....when I called the base even they said$ 20 is outrageous. When you get overcharged.....call the base and 311 and make a compliant.

  3 minutes. Have several calls and texts with the driver saying he's here. I call him to ask where he is, he hangs up. I call again, 5 minutes. I ask if he's sure, because the last guy never showed up, disatcher hangs up on me. Its 20 degrees outside. Never using this service again.
