  We are not the type of people to sit and write reviews but we feel like this should be heard. My husband and I purchased counter tops from Nebraska Furniture Mart. They contract out Top master this company has been by far the worst we have ever dealt with. The guy that did our in home rough estimate did a better job than the template guy. On his template he shorted us on our sq ft we had already paid for. (Thank god my husband double checked the template guys numbers) Not to mention we were LIED to about the sealer they put on them. We were told if we bought the warranty they use a special sealer that will last 15 years. Top master uses the SAME SEALER on all granite surfaces. Regardless if you buy the warranty. FINAL STRAW! The lady that has been coordinating everything apparently called us 3 times to verify our sink is an under mount. Guess what... they cut the granite for an over mounted sink. Now we have to go without out a kitchen sink, and dishwasher for almost another week before they can get one out here to us. It seems nobody is on the same page!!! Not even a sense of urgency since the mistake was theirs. So now I'm stuck with no sink until Monday how terrible!

  We are completing a flip project and worked with Top Master through Nebraska Furniture Mart. Evidently TM is listening to their customers because they were so accommodating. They worked with us on our crazy schedule and when we had the template appointement, they were early as well as today, when Maydell called to see if they could come early and start on our installation. They arrived early which is really unheard of for so many of the deliveries that we have had at our flip. Both Maydell and Gerardo were very professional, taking time out to answer all of our questions. Gerardo and Maydell (not sure if spelling is correct) never took a break, checked in frequently to ask questions or to show us what they were doing, and were just awesome to work with today. To be honest, we had heard a few negative stories concerning TopMaster but knew that if NFM was working with them, our issues, if we had any, would be quickly resolved. The project manager, Marisa, was very easy to work with as well. The icing on the cake is that our granite countertop is beautiful! We will use them again -- nice work from start to finish!

  I honestly don't know why there are so many bad reviews. I urge you to disregard the crazy people's reviews and schedule an appointment! I was not disappointed! Had an appointment with Alyssa this morning. I had given her the rough total sqft I'd need over the phone when i made the appointment. Upon arriving i learned she had already looked through their inventory and presented me with what she found and It was just what I was looking for! Then I gave her the exact measurements and she got me a quote a few hours later. Very professional, very kind, beautiful products. I plan on doing more business with them! **Also to clear up a false statement another review made, remnants are NOT stolen pieces that someone has already paid for. If you have questions about it just call them. Just know that nothing got "stolen" from anyone.**

  We are extremely pleased with the overall quality and care of service. Tech and installers seemed very experienced and knowledgeable. On time and follow-up detail was as promised. If you buy through Home Depot or Lowes, Top Masters will wow you, even though the big box home improvement stores won't. Nice job Top Master! Would do it again.
