  Great Experience. Marian Carden gives the best Shampoos hands down. Love the Kevin Murphy products as well.

  I called to make a hair appointment. I only come occasionally and the store manager does my hair. I asked if there were any openings Friday or Saturday. The young lady said the manager had no openings for Friday, but she would ask about Saturday. When she returned to the phone she stated, "she said she is off Saturday and she is not giving up her day off." To me a simple "she's not in on Saturday" would have been sufficient. I never asked her to "give up her day off". I was simply inquiring about openings. The person that answered the phone should have never repeated the rudeness of the manager to the customer. Bad customer service!

  Went to several stylists here. Good for an emergency but can be slow.

  I had to go get my hair fixed by another hairdresser after getting a haircut here, because it was butchered. I will never come back to this salon.
