  If I could give them 0 stars I would. I am currently unable to use my debit card to pay for groceries after I was in a house fire. When I try to contact their 24/7 support I get a notification that my account isn’t authorized for that service. I can’t reach anyone, and it’s a Saturday afternoon, which means I realistically won’t be able to access my own money all weekend and can’t get ahold of anyone from the credit union to fix it. This is not the first instance of something like this happening BY FAR. Go anywhere else. I promise your money would be more secure under your mattress.

  Regrettably I recently had a very poor experience with Premier Members Credit Union in Arvada and can no longer recommend their services. I dislike sharing negative reviews but feel I need to be honest. The management and lending team was not helpful and the title company was indifferent to a simple request. What was requested of them and rejected was requested from another title company and provided immediately. This was a transaction that should have been smooth and simple.

  I have been with PMCU for over 20 years and had fantastic service in both on site, on line and phone support.

  The staff at this PMCU have been extraordinarily helpful and friendly. I often see them addressing their customers by name the moment they walk in the door. You can tell they really care about providing a good experience. I've particularly appreciated how helpful Dona has been but honestly the whole staff has been great. I would definitely recommend them!

  We were very impressed with the mortgage representative we met with several months ago at this branch to find out more information about some things our realtor had told us about. She was able to see us quickly despite us walking in and was very helpful. The two accounts we hold here have been easy to maintain in the past and the new web design is better. The partner credit union network has not worked that well for us.
