  I called and asked if they can cut and program keys and they said yes. I called twice and both times they said yes because I needed an oil change as well. Upon arrival they said no they can't make the keys because they are 3rd party and will not work and would be throwing $140. I called ford in PA and NJ which both said they'll do it. I went to a locksmith on Coney island ave. instead which I paid $250. Horrible service. Oil change took 2 hours aswell.

  Parts inventory and service department are handcuffed by management’s budget constraints. Mismanaged operations from the top since opening. Staff is friendly and willing to help but you can’t run a multi million dollar business without a budget.

  I brought my car in recently for a recall on the engine cooling system. The first time the car was brought in on a Friday, they had the car a whole day and did nothing because they didn't have the parts they needed. This was not communicated until an hour before they closed to let me know this. When I got there I asked what I could do so that this doesn't happen again and they said I should call Monday afternoon because they should be getting the parts needed. So I called Monday, and no parts. Called Tuesday no parts, it wasn't until the following Monday the parts came in and so Wednesday my car was brought in. I picked my car up with no issues. Told the ladies at the front desk I was there to pick up my car, I signed the papers, told them thank you and have a good day. Drove home no problem. Following morning start my car, drive down the block and the engine coolant low- service required message appears on my dashboard. When we called the service center we were asking what could be done to fix this since it was just there yesterday, and according to the Ford letter and website, this could be a potential fire hazard if something is cracked. The woman on the other end Millie dismissed it by saying "that's not true, you're car's not going to blow up and if it does I apologise." She also went on to say "if you're such an expert on it open the hood yourself and see if you can fix it." I have small babies I can't take the chance that this is nothing. Rightfully so my husband was frustrated at the potential of having to bring the car in for a 3rd time for 1 recall. Millie went on to say "she can't be bothered with this" in addition of accusing me of giving her an attitude the day before. Overall, Ford service sucks. No matter what location you go to, they're shady and rude. I am so disgusted with Ford, and will be getting rid of my 2014 Ford Escape as soon as possible. I wouldn't recommend Bay Ridge Ford and their crappy service to anyone.

  Great place. Used to go to premier ford until Frank refused to service the car due to it not being purchased from them. This place however, greets you with a smile and treats you with respect. Prepare coffee for you and put on a movie so you can enjoy the wait. Awesome place.
