::came to the service. the car costs the third day. have not yet been diagnosed. they say that they have only one specialist on this issue, which I complain about. and did not get a car to replace which I laid. they have an excuse that they are very busy. my car is in business and I'm losing a lot of money.

::Went In for a recall, was easy they provided a shuttle to a train and bus and called when they were done. They provided coffee and clean, comfortable setting.

::What would one feel about a car dealership where the Manager is assuming your religion from your skin color, and then using it to build a client using religious terms just to pick up a sale. Angen, Sales Manager, who refused to give me his name and card ( though from Turkey) thought that I am a Muslim as I am brown in skin color. He then used religious terms to show me the sympathy in order to pick up a sale which is totally racist and unjustified. I couldn't turn on the car as the car has no gas at all. He blamed it on me and then refused to give me the test drive once I was in the car just because I couldn't turn it on even though it was manager's fault to provide me keys for a car with no Gas, HEYDAY! He then threatened me to be getting kicked out of dealership and disrespected me by refusing the test drive, even though I provided him the copy of valid driver's license. He messed my mood off and made me feel bad. I wasn't expecting this treatment from a brand like FORD. I would never recommend you go to him as he is not professional at all but an arrogantly naive manager who is their to defame the brand and dealership. I told him before leaving that I am not a muslim but Christian so that can understand that a dealership is not a Church, Synagogue or a mosque but a place where everyone be treated equally despite the race or religion. He was pale one he heard me because his assumption failed him. SPOILER ALERT: If he would be the owner, he would definitely not be selling car to anyone other than his faith. - The sales person, Gabriel, has been very nice and helpful throughout the whole time. He has been very professional. Even after the manager refused to give me the test drive he over crossed him to replace the car. I would strongly recommed to go to him to feel home.
