So I got a bubble in the tire of my brand new car from driving on the FDR. Potholes. There was also a chunk taken out of the other front tire. It was small but I figured I would replace both since the car was brand new. Greg advised me that replacing the one with the chunk missing from it would not be necessary. It wasn't deep enough to cause a problem. His honesty saved me approximately $250. Since I wanted the exact tire that the car came with it would need to be ordered. I got a loaner tire from Kenneth. I have nothing but the highest praise for their professionalism and competence. I highly recommend this facility for all your Auto and Tire needs.

My name is Ms. Gibson. My first time going here for tires. Very good prices very good service. They also found something else wrong that I knew was a problem. Fix that also with a very good price that I can afford. Thank you Premier😃

I was shopping around for 4 new tires and an alignment. I stopped at all of the places on Forest Ave. After getting quotes from several places, it seemed like Premier was giving me the best deal. I agreed on a price for the lowest grade Goodyear tires and went to lunch....when I returned, i was told that they did not have the tires in stock even though their inventory said they had them, so, they took it upon themselves to upgrade me to higher quality goodyears while honoring the price they gave me for the lowest quality ones.......these guys seemed very eager to have my business and provided a level of customer service that you just dont get with the big franchise places.....ive read some negative reviews online, but id chalk it up to the consquences of running a service center.....things on cars break. They are expensive to fix and you cant satisfy every customer no matter how hard you try....so far, i am very satisfied and i do plan on going back to them to do my breaks in the spring.

Great guys. They are very fair with pricing and timeliness of repairs. I won't take my cars anywhere else. They treat every customer like family.
