  DO NOT BUY HERE!!!!! THEY ARE COMPLETE SCAMS!! THE CLOSED THE DEALERSHIP AND THEN OPENED IT AGAIN UNDER A NEW NAME BECAUSE OF ALL THE BAD CARS THEY WHERE SELLING!! I GOT STUCK WITH A CAR WITH NO A/C, A HIT ON THE SIDE THAT THEY NEVER FIXED, TRANSMISSION ISSUES, AND GEAR PROBLEMS!! RUN AWAY FROM HERE! OH AND ALSO I GOT STUCK WITH STATE TAX ON THE PURCHASE OF THE VEHICLE BECAUSE THEY RAN IT THRU UTAH THEIR MAIN DEALER CALLED ELITE AUTO GROUP!!! GUYS THERE ARE MANY OTHER DEALERSHIPS IN AZ DO NOT MAKE THE MISTAKE I MADE IN BUYING THERE

  Do not come here!!!! I hate that I came here!!!! I needed a car quick due to being in a car accident and really didn't think things through.. these guys will talk u into some bullshit and make u beleive they're the only ones who will give u a deal. I'm young and don't know much about loans and cars and value, but I've been learning a lot these past few months. Smh I HATE I'M STUCK WITH A CAR I DON'T EVEN WANT, NOT ONLY THAT BUT THE CAR IS ONLY WORTH 9,000 AND I'M PAYING 19000. Do not come to this place, please. Go somewhere else. Go to azautox, on Dunlap nd 3Rd street, talk to Richard, he's a good guy and will take care of you.

  BEWARE! I've purchased what "seemed" like what would be a good buy, ended up being a complete nightmare. June 2016 I've financed a vehicle through them, 3 weeks later vehicle goes into shop. 2 months later, back into shop, at the shop I took the vehicle at they decided to run an Autocheck on it, soon to find out the vehicle was in a multi-car collision (preferred auto failed to mention), it also had an issue with an abandoned title they also forgot to mention, I drive down to the dealership and when I bring it up, they're quick on the defense. Some shady business going on here. And also not to mention, I STILL haven't received my plates from them yet and it's November (purchased car in June) I'm talking with a lawyer now... DO NOT GO HERE

  Came in not sure about this company. Ron helped me. He was very help full and helped me find the right car for my budget I was there maybe 2 hours start the finish including getting insurance for the car I bought. Sense then I have already sent 2 of my friends there and they got the same service. I would recommend there dealer to any one

  This company is unethical, dishonest and absolutely the worst company I have ever had to deal with. I was 18 year old buying my first car. I informed them that I didn't have any parents to help me buy my car. They said they would make sure I got a good deal and I could trust them. They did the bait and switch move. I wanted an inexpensive car. I saved my money for 2 years. I gave them $6000 in cash for a car that I now know only retails for $6000. Then they told me I had to do an additional $8900 loan for 2 years but they did it for 66 months. I didn't know they put it at 24% interest. They then falsified my info to make me think I got good insurance. Less than 90 days later they admitted that they sold me a car for almost $9,000 over retail. I am a joke to them. Now I can't afford to drive it and lost all my savings. I don't know how I will be able to go to college in the fall. I am sick over this. I didn't know how this all worked.
