    I usaed these guys a fees ago and it made my move a nightmare!!!!! They brought the wrong paperwork that didn't coincide with what the sales agent and I agreed upon to house on moving day. They took all of my things to New York and stored it- or held it hostage until I paid 4-5k for their service!!!! Agreed fixed amount with the sales agent was $1200!!!! They threatened to auction my items until they received payment!!!!!!! I ended up getting in contact with the original sales agent, called a lawyer and was able to reach an agreement but still ended up paying more than expected!!!! Then, Several of my BRAND NEW furniture showed up completely damaged!!!! Deeply Scratched, chipped, broken, and EVEN MISSING! I had a TON of missing items!!!! And after filing a missing & broken items report they only reimbursed for one missing item. I hate looking at my furniture now and seeing the product of bad movers.... it reminds me of how awful that experience was. On top of the stress with moving to a new city, this added a whole other type of stress.... trust me---- Don't start your new life off with these guys!!!! You will regret your move and regret ever using them.

    I had a very bad experience with this carrier. I booked my move through a broker company, who internally sub-contracted to Precision movers. If I had known this before, looking at the reviews, i would have never booked. This carrier is a big fraud company. I signed up an agreement with a broker, who provided me with a huge estimate amount and i was asked not to worry and that I need to pay only by actual weight and not for estimated amount. But, during pickup, Precision movers brought a new agreement, which was different from the original agreement I signed with the broker and got it signed for a binding price, which means i need to pay for the estimated cost rather than the actual weight. I learnt about this only after delivery. When I questioned them about this during pickup, they asked me to put a note about this in the agreement and sign. They promised 2-5 business days, but they took 2 weeks to deliver. In the meanwhile, I kept asking for the actual weight details from both the broker company and Precision and no one provided me with this information. Their standard answer would be they would check and get back to you. During delivery, they sub-contracted to a new carrier who had a bad rating as well. They never informed me that they are going to deliver at this time, instead came home without informing and charged additional waiting charges and moreover, they demanded money order only though i was told in the beginning that personal check will be accepted and due to this more time lapsed and they increased the waiting charges while i went out to take money order and they were very arrogant and threatened to put my things in storage if i don't pay full amount. In the end, I paid for the full estimated cost and not for actual weight, as they claimed I signed a binding agreement with them. They cheated me by changing the agreement and trapped me and refused to deliver my things unless I pay them in full. Almost, I paid double the cost for my actual weight. Their customer service is for their employer only and not for the customers, as they are very rude and I got nothing back in this move after interacting with them, except for lot of hassles. Stay away from this carrier and don't even think of taking a chance.

    My experience has been abysmal. The price was jacked up double what was agreed upon. The movers they sent barely spoke English and were extremely rough with my items. I have just ordered them to send my stuff to my final destination, and am hoping they can do this in a timely manner. If you can PLEASE save yourself the aggravation and go with a real company. This company claims to save you money but does not. Update-- WE still have not received our items. They have charged my bank account 2X without my authorization and they aren't answering their phones...

    This was the absolute WORST moving experience we have ever encountered! I worked with primates in Calabar, Nigeria that could have done a much better job. They quoted us one price, then came all the hidden fees. We went from the original price quoted($2500.00) to a staggering $4500.00!!! Although this was blatant fraud, the price is not what landed them with one star(1/4 star if I had the choice). What put the final nail in the coffin, so to speak, was the movers and the treatment of ALL our 2000 Cubic Feet of furniture, paintings...pretty much everything they touched was returned to us damaged. The movers used, what I can only describe as, Pigeon English. They refused to unload our property until their final payment was received. After debating with the driver for an hour over where it was to be unloaded, they started unloading at the House(Not where we had agreed). These guys could not get a couch through the door!!! It took them 20 min to figure it out! After they made their speedy retreat, we found that 9 out of every 10 items was damaged...To sum up our experience with Precision Moving(An Oxymoron!!), they are riddled with hidden fees, speak very little English, will damage everything they touch, and they have COMPLETE disregard for the customer. Frankly, I am astounded these people are still in business! We made our Better Business Bureau call(The more appropriate action would have been to call the Theft Division of the FBI!!), and I encourage everyone who has been scammed by these people to do the same. And don't hold out hope for filing claims; they are never around..convenient for them, wouldn't you say? Please do not give these people anymore business. They are CROOKS, plain and simple.

    I unfortunately used this moving company because it offered much lower prices compared to other options. However, I would have gladly paid another $500-$1000 if I had known the disaster that was to ensue. First, the movers arrived a day late to pick up my items, which then took them a month to deliver to my final destination. The dispatchers at the location were completely non-communicative regarding the causes behind the delay and offered absolutely no solutions or estimates into the date of the arrival. After constant nagging through phone calls, the movers finally arrived to my final destination with most of my boxes crushed and furniture damaged or destroyed. The movers literally showed me a piece of my television stand that they could not deliver because it had been destroyed in the storage facility. Additionally, the drivers/movers were not careful in handling my items and seemed to be more concerned with getting out of town rather than doing a good job. I also noticed contents of other moves in the delivery truck to be severely broken or damaged. In summary you get what you pay for with this company and will most likely spend just as much money replacing/repairing damaged items as you would using another well-established moving service. Thank you for absolutely nothing Precision Movers. You may want to rethink the name of your company. I hope you run out of business as you have severely delayed my own moving plans and cost me additional damages with my furniture.
