  Fair price and did a great job installing a new toilet in a small bathroom. Unlike most, they showed up when they said they would. Glad I finally found good and reasonable plumber in Staten Island. Will be using them again.

  Hot water heater broke leaving water all over my basement. I called at 8am and they were here within 2 hours. They replaced it, cleaned up, and were done in such a timely manner. Their price was very reasonable and they were very professional. Would use them again

  Anthony and his crew did a fantastic job! They arrived at 9:00, as promised, and continued to work till 3:30. They installed a new boiler. They were very professional throughout, and cleaned up afterwards. The heat came up, even in the front porch, which had been cold for years. I would recommend Precise to anyone in the area.

  My old 20 year old water heater was on its last leg. Left a message on Precise Plumbing Website ~10-11pm, and got a call ~8am. Came by at 9am, and was on the way to getting this installed ~10am. Done a few hours later. Anthony was detail oriented, and efficient in getting this done very quickly and neatly. Explained certain things to me about the system in between him getting pieces together. As other reviews have mentioned, Anthony doesn't take breaks, until it is done!

  This is my first time writing a review. The folks at Precise Plumbing did such an excellent job I just had to write one. The water main shut off valve for my house broke in the off position. By the time I got his number we were without water for two days. I had been disappointed by several plumbers. I had to practically beg the other plumbers to show up. They promised over and over to stop by and never showed up. One guy did show up and gave me a $3,200 bill. One other gave me a $1,500 bill over the phone. Anthony from Precise showed up exactly when he said he would. He looked at the problem and told me the cheapest I could get it done from the competitors would be $1,200, and he was right. The lowest quote I got was $1,500. He clearly explained the process and all the challenges. After negotiating for a few minutes he agreed to do it for just under $600. His work was neat, professional, and prompt. He even cleaned up after himself. After starting work, additional problems presented itself, but Anthony did not increase the price. He even installed and additional shutoff valve on the other side of water meter with additional charge. If you have any plumbing issues, call him first. He did not take advantage of my situation and did exactly what he said he would, and did not try to up-sell me. I called and thanked the person who referred him to me.
