  Dear Google Community: My Knightsbridge Tower account has been HACKED! And now someone is pretending to be me and gave "FAKE" review against Precious Pets. As animal lover- dogs, cats and birds: Leah, and the owner, Mike, has been great to my dog, Buddy. Especially Mike. He took care of my pets after my husband passed away. These are genuinely good people. Your dog is in safe hand💝💝💝💝💝 Lastly, to the one who pretended to be so called "Knightsbridge Tower," this is not a threat: keep it up! Because if you do? My Staff- Lawyers and IT will come very handy. Thank you Google Community.

  My husband and I have been using Precious Pet's services for over a decade. Maria's love for our pups and care is what gives us peace of mind. Her flexiblity with our ever changing schedule and her compassion for our senior dogs is what makes being apart from them that much easier. Precious Pet is more than a service it's having family taking care of our little ones. I highly recommend and would tell a friend.

  RESPONSE: Sorry there Mike, but I have no agenda I’m seeking nor am I colluding with anyone to accomplish an agenda. All that bullying you tried on Angie’s response won’t deter me from saying that Precious Pets isn’t the place for my dog and I don’t recommend it to anyone. You’re incessant responses to honest accounts of your business is sad and I have better things to do than wait for your response so I can make another one. My position on your business is clear. The owner just responded to my review with the following statements: “This person has never used our service 0 contributions on google. FAKE REVIEW” I am pleased to tell him that my wife and I brought our dog Chewy to Precious Pets from 2014 to 2017 and spent roughly $10,000 with his service. The fact that this man, who is the owner, would claim that he has no idea who I am should tell you something about his customer service. It is borderline insulting that he wouldn’t know who we are considering how many days a week we were there and how many times we attended puppy playtime. What I am trying to reveal is that since Precious Pets went under new management about 6 months ago, customer service and facilities have declined. Before removing chewy from this daycare, I saw some of the declining facilities myself, having both to do with cleanliness and safety. I would not recommend bringing your dog here for daycare and recommend new customers to THOROUGHLY CHECK ALL FACILITIES BEHIND THE LOBBY prior to leaving your dog there.

  The other day I was taking my dog to Precious Pets and was approached by a ex PP customer and was asked if I still take my dog there. When they tried to informed me that the place was not run properly, I felt the need to write this review and let the community what I told them! All the rumors and staged picures are from disgruntled exemployees One I know who was fired because she was involved with false reviews while still employed. Anyone who believes someone with such low character is concerning! I was also told the person who is responsible and started all the negatives review who actually worked in a day care facility. I noticed the pictures that were posted with the great intention. And here is why: Instead of cleaning the mess, she took pictures instead and used it to hurt the business. I was also informed that she would bring her own dog to the store all the time. How ironic! Please WAKE UP People Leah is a great person and only puts the dogs best interest first! Sadly anyone who believes with these lies against Precious Pets are missing out how great this place is. Because my Australian Sheep dog loves it here!

  Love this place, the staff is super friendly and competent. I very satisfied with both the groomer and bather. My dog has always come out of daycare happy and healthy. The price, location and service is perfect. I’m a very satisfied customer and recommend this place.
